300,000 patients have prepared for their consultation digitally with Preforma

Preforma delivers Perss, a digital assistant for medical history-taking and documentation that helps patients and clinicians have better consultations. Preforma has entered into an agreement with Youwell to move its technical solution onto the Youwell platform - meaning Youwell has now added digital anamnesis to its offering.
The challenge
Preforma needed a technical platform that could handle data management, security, user administration, and secure login to a standard that meets healthcare requirements - without having to build and maintain this themselves from scratch. At the same time, they wanted a solution that made it possible to connect the anamnesis to other digital patient pathways, rather than standing as a stand-alone tool.
How Youwell addressed the challenge
By building on the Youwell platform, Preforma gained access to secure data management, robust user administration, and secure login - without having to develop and maintain this themselves. The solution, Perss, simplifies and improves the collection of pre-clinical patient information through dynamic forms: the patient describes their reason for the visit before the consultation, and the clinician arrives prepared with an overview of medical history and medication use. Because Perss is now built on the Youwell platform, the anamnesis can also be connected to other digital patient pathways at customers who already use Youwell.
